Opt-In Path

This page documents the SMS opt-in call to action used by vgraffiti for Vonage 10DLC SMS campaign review.

Users opt in during account creation or from the profile screen in the app or at /account/. The SMS checkbox is unchecked by default. A user must enter a mobile number and affirmatively select the checkbox before SMS consent is stored.

Consent is stored with the user's account record, mobile number, timestamp, and source screen. If the checkbox is not selected, vgraffiti does not send SMS messages to that user.

Safety Messaging

vgraffiti includes map, AR, pin, badge, and scavenger hunt features. Users are told not to use the app while driving, biking, crossing streets, walking near traffic, trespassing, entering restricted areas, or anywhere that requires full attention.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
